- CCchecko cejaJul 29, 20252.0I went in looking for supplies for my above ground pool, when I arrived there was a sign that read “will be back in 10 minutes” so we waited . When the lady (with a lot of tattoos, medium built, short) came back she open the door (no words to myself or another client waiting) she went in the store , as she walked to the back of the store she says “what are you looking for? But she’s giving me her back walking to the back. I waited for her to come back and I told her what I needed, she just pointed where things were, I’ve never been in there so it would be nice to have better customer service and help me find what I was looking for or provide me with options. I purchased my stuff and then she went to the back to eat, I wanted to purchase something else so I went to her and apologized for interrupting her eating, but she didn’t say “no worries or it’s ok” this store needs to be more welcoming, and more helpful. Less aggressive and stop being straight to the point “what are you looking for”? Instead … welcome in , can I help you find something? Let me show you around… etc
