- BDBryce DenkFeb 11, 20265.0For starters, everyone that I’ve dealt with at this location for the past three years has been excellent!! That being said, Rex has taken that level of customer service to a whole new level!! I had an attempted break at one of my units. I received a call from Rex informing me of the incident. When I got to the office, and accompanied Rex to my unit, the damage to the Extra Space provided disk lock was hardly noticeable. But, it was enough to prevent it from being unlocked. Rex cut the lock off and replaced it free of charge. That was when I first met Rex. Most recently, Rex helped me get a 25% rate reduction on my most expensive unit (I had three at the time) after discussing the rates of nearby competitors. He agreed that something could probably be done and forwarded it to the corporate office without any promises. After working to transfer stuff between two units for several hours with only a single furniture dolly, a pair of gloves and no truck, Rex came out to my unit and gave me the news about the amount of the reduction. He also loaned me another furniture dolly that enabled me to move a large couch on that same day by myself. So, a huge thanks to Rex and the team at Extra Space Storage on W. Acacia in Hemet for everything they do!! They are the best!!
