When I came to return an extra sand bag, I was told that I should feel lucky that they are taking the return and deducted 25% restocking fee (which is mentioned in the receipt) She deducted the restocking fee from the current reduced price (not the original amount) and returned less than what we are supposed to get. And please stop treating customers like a beggar. I’m returning because that’s in the policy and it’s an unused / unopened bag. If you are not accepting returns, please update the policy so we won’t waste our time dealing with such rude people.
