They have way more of a selection than Michaels, and carry supplies for literally any crafting project you can think of. Also they carry a huge selection of home decor and some (nice looking) furniture, so even if you aren't there specifically for art supplies they have a lot of cool home decor stuff.

Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the customer service. The employees I’ve interacted with were rude, almost as if asking questions is an inconvenience. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
