- COCarolina OMay 2, 20261.0I do not usually comment unless really disappointed. Came to buy nail gun that was locked. A coworker I asked pointed out another worker as the person with the keys. I went to get him but he walked away quick and went into the bathroom. I waited 13ish min before asking another employee if there was anyone else with a key. They said they would call. Another 10 min and still no one. Sorry but 25-30 min in the bathroom is not right especially at work and to not have a backup? Like no I’m not wasting my time to buy at your store!!!! Found one on Amazon as I waited that’s getting here today. And as much as I hate wasting my time I was mad enough to post.

The best part is that he was able to identify the correct size as well which would have been a burden if he were not there to help. But, she spoke to Ricky. There was another lady who walked right past me. Did not say a thing, yet greeted Ricky. He asked her to help him get a dryer down. Question. Are your employees taught to speak to one another and not the customer?
