  My husband and I had the worst in store experience ever at Hobby Lobby and will take our money to other stores going forward. Gaby R had a problem with me the whole time I was in line waiting for check out. There is no clear sign about where customers need to stop or that it’s one line for two registers. She kept yelling at us, even though other people did the same thing of moving forward in line. Her buddy Ashley jumped in to further yell at us and glare at us. It was an incredibly hostile environment, and we were the only ones who got yelled at. We also happened to be the only Asian family there so I am not sure if that is the reason.

  This is a very big Hobby Lobby with an incredible selection of crafts — truly anything you can think of. They also have a huge fabric section, which really sets them apart from stores like Michael’s that don’t offer nearly the same variety, or any at all. The store is located in a mall with plenty of free parking, which makes visiting easy. The only downside was the closing process: they started announcing the store’s closure about 40 minutes before the actual closing time, yet they only had two registers open, the checkout lines became extremely long.

  Don't get me wrong they're variety is very good the customer service sucks I went there last night to purchase some Fiesta decorations for my New Year's party and there was a side that said 50% off the letters cuz I was going to spell out Taco with the big letters jumper letters now I seen the sign that's only reason why I bought him because they were big so I went to the register I told her you know how much you know I was watching them watching her bring them up but the letter came out the regular price I said but he's supposed to be 50% off because the sign above it says cuz I read it so she calls the manager over the manager went over to go verify the price she came back but she had to sign in her hand talking about there's no sign up there you have the sign in your hand so she took the sign down and I spent I believe $167 but I thought about it all last night I said you know what my father always told me if a person don't treat you right you're not supposed to spend your money there so Monday morning bright and early I'm going to get a refund and going to another store or either doing Amazon I'll probably just end up doing Amazon because this is too much that was so unfair
