I usually don't write a review unless it's really good or really bad. Our experience this time was bad. Old lady with the super short white hair and red lipstick was incredibly rude for no reason. Returned an item and it was time to sign a receipt and she yelled "NO. SIGN THE RECEIPT" to our faces when we were standing right in front of her... We didn't walk away, we complied and WERE in a good mood. But after dealing with her, we definitely walked away with a bitter taste in our mouths. Just assumed she was going through menopause 🤷🏻♀️ Miserable people, I tell ya. Anyway, avoid that grump.

Evan at the Hanford store was super helpful with my selection an cutting of 2x4 boards used to make slats for a twin bed frame. Joe greeted us at our entrance and directed us to where we needed to be. I also saw him helpful others that needed it. Great job, Hanford! Thanks

Harassing customer for a solar panel commission it literally feels like a car dealership in here now. Not the vibe you want from a home department store. Must be going out of business if you have to resort to crap tactics. I already avoid these people at my door now I have to hear from every single employee just put a colored sticker on the customers so you already know who been asked and bothered.

Delivery Conner and Zane did an amazing job. They got here and within a couple minutes had my dryer in and working. Super fast. Very satisfied with their quick work. Store was Lowes in Hanford.
