I paid $500 (CRAZY PRICE but what can i do) and the technician went on his way. The next day, I tried locking my door using the other lock (not the handle he replaced) and it wasn’t working (it’s worked perfectly before the locksmith ever came) so I called the company back to let them know that I think the service caused some damage to my other locks, I was told they would send the technician out again. The next day, the technician came, he opened up the lock and said it was broken so he would need to replace it. I told him to just put it back (i did NOT want to pay $500 again) and I would have my building maintenance deal with it since it was a weekday. After putting it back, he told me he needed to charge me a $89 service/call fee. I complained asking why I was getting charged again for damage to other locks that he caused, especially when I didn’t ask him to replace or service it. After arguing back and forth, he said he would just charge me $39. Now I’m on the phone with customer service and they are giving me the runaround. Worst service I’ve ever received. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED, unhelpful, and their customer service is horrible.
