  I've been here before. Everyone's always been nice. Today, I bought myself a bed from Bill. Thank you Bill. I'm glad there's still a mattress story so I can feel how a foam mattress is. And I like that my bed is Made in USA 🇺🇸 🥲

  We walked into this mattress store honestly not expecting much — and definitely not expecting to buy anything that day. We assumed we’d encounter a pushy salesperson and outrageous prices, and that this would simply be the first stop of many in our search. A few months ago, we had purchased a mattress on sale from Costco, thinking we had scored a great deal. Unfortunately, it started sagging not long after, and our backs were paying the price. This time around, we were prepared to “splurge” on something with proper support and better quality. Enter Bill. From the start, Bill was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly perceptive. He asked thoughtful questions about our sleep habits, preferences, and budget — and actually listened to the answers. Instead of steering us toward the most expensive option, he helped us find a mattress that checked every box for comfort, support, and affordability. To our surprise, the mattress we chose is only slightly more than what we paid for the discounted one at Costco! Bill also clearly explained the 10-year warranty on our mattress, which gave us additional peace of mind. As promised, the delivery team has already texted us with a delivery window for this week, and everything has happened exactly as Bill said it would. It also feels good to support a local business, and we’re genuinely happy to support this one. The entire experience was smooth, pressure-free, and positive from start to finish. The quality of the mattress Bill helped us select looks superb, and we’re excited to sleep on it. We’ll gladly update this review after we’ve had more time with the product, but so far, we couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommend asking for Bill — you’ll be in great hands!
