I called this store three times today-- first time I was told immediately "Can you please hold" before I could get a word out. I was left on hold for 3 minutes. This was at 12:05. I was tired of waiting so I hung up. Then I called back at 1:22 and it was an auto message that said the line was busy. I called again a third time at 3:25 and the phone just rang-- no voicemail. It's terrible.. all I wanted to know was whether or not they had a product in stock for my pool. I don't want to drive out and be told they dont have it. That is all. But can't even get anyone to answer the phone to answer this simple question.
