  Harassing me for a mistake they made. Forgot to charge me for something and rather than learning from their mistake. They instead have resorted to harassing me with phone calls threatening that they will not honor my warranty if I don’t come back to pay additional money. Are you serious? You should be ashamed of yourselves for thinking that behavior is ok. Also, Check prices online. Most items are being sold at the new in store prices. If you don’t do your hw, they will overcharge you and mislead you into thinking you got a deal. When you call them out on the bad pricing. They adjust it as if it’s unknown to them initially that they were trying to scam you. This place is the ultimate crook spot and a total bait and switch gimmick. Go to the appliance discount store on Azusa and San Bernardino road and save yourself the headache. It’s 5 stars and consistently fantastic service. Not a wild card game of who will be screwed over next. THIS PLACE IS ONE GIANT SCAM AFTER THE OTHER. READ THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS. ITS A PATTERN OF DECEPTIVE BEHAVIOR.

  My mom and sister purchased a hood here. We were told the hood had 0 damage. After unboxing the hood yesterday as we just finished our kitchen. We noticed the whole hood cover is completely dented. Moments after we reached out to the store and they told us they will check on it and Let us know. The next day they say there’s nothing they can do about it and if we want to purchase the cover we can. Horrible customer service.

  Appliance TV Outlet offered an impressively wide choice of appliances. Our salesman, Lem, provided terrific service and answered our many questions with great patience and professionalism. Jorge and Oscar hauled away our old washing machine and delivered our new machine with skill and care, even though it involved a narrow and awkward staircase. They also carefully installed and leveled the machine with enviable expertise. The machine runs perfectly. We had a great experience at Appliance TV Outlet and would certainly buy from them again.

  Terrible experience ！don’t buy from this store！ We bought a range hood here and paid all the fees, but they even raised the price last minute. The installers didn’t finish the job and then disappeared. We couldn’t reach them at all. We went back to the store and they refused to help. We spent extra money and still didn’t get the full service. Awful store！Never buy from here！
