  I purchased my mattress from Ortho Mattress in Glendale approximately a year ago and subsequently returned with my mother to select hers. On both occasions, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Carlos. He provided exceptional customer service, demonstrating remarkable patience and extensive knowledge regarding our needs. I highly recommend this establishment and specifically endorse Carlos as an outstanding salesperson.

  I am not paid to leave a reply and I dont know anyone who works at this store. I have purchased mattresses at this store before and I came back bcuz of the excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I are buying our first mattress together and we have gone to other mattress stores and nobody as good as this store, the quality of mattresses are superior to anything else we have seen and laid down on. Levon, is great, not pushy, really listens to our needs and with little info he knew what type of mattress that would work best for us. He took the time to talk with us and give us all of the information about the mattresses we were interested in. I highly recommend coming to Ortho and getting a mattress here. We ended up buying a new mattress set and a floor model mattress bcuz it worked best for us and it was a great experience!!!! Thank you Levon for all of your help!!

  We went in to see our options and we were greeted by Levon. From the start, he was very helpful and not at all pushy as other salesman tend to be. He showed us all available options and we decided to purchase a mattress on the spot because he was great to work with. We highly recommend working with him.

  Carlos was amazing !!!My Dad has medical issues and he knew exactly what bases and mattress we needed. He was able to answer all our questions and was so kind and professional. He made out experience pleasant and easy we will be back again. Awesome job on hiring outstanding people. So grateful from the Briones family 😊
