  I’ve stored here longer than expected. The facility is still new and well kept so it’s easy for that to happen. It’s very calming inside. The manager is usually on site and helpful in ways I didn’t know I needed. Any office help goes quickly with processes well explained and not taking a lot of time. There is always parking available and storage access hours are a good part of the day. Moving items in the building has always been easy to maneuver. If you want to store your stuff in a nice, clean, easy accessible storage, check out Extra Space Storage at Glenoaks and Western.

  My fiancée and I have been storing some personal items at the ExtraSpace Storage facility at 6527 San Fernando Rd in Glendale. The price of the storage unit has risen considerably since we initially rented it several years ago. Looking to reduce our expenses, we began removing our items from the storage unit. We rented a smaller storage locker at the same facility, planning to move our items into the storage locker. We checked in with duty manager Lawrence Sherman for proof of identity. Lawrence was a godsend. He interviewed us to determine our actual storage needs. He was meticulous and thorough. He helped us evaluate the suitability of the storage locker, and we found it unsuitable due to its requiring a ladder for access. Our items are too heavy and bulky for my disabled fiancée to carry them up and down that steep ladder. Without Lawrence, we would have been stuck. With Lawrence guiding our selection process, we determined that what we need is a 5x5 climate-controlled storage unit to take the place of our 5x10 climate-controlled storage unit. We’re currently paying $358/month for the 5x10 storage unit. This is well above market rate, and Lawrence has applied for a TRA to reduce its monthly rental to market rate. In addition, he located a 5x5 climate-controlled storage unit at his facility which should come open in a few days. Without Lawrence’s help, we would still be paying $358/month indefinitely. With Lawrence’s help, we will soon cut our storage cost by 70%, with no change in protection. The man is a godsend.

  Lawrence was amazing guy, he was so nice, help me pick the best storage for my price range and was not pushy. He was very understanding when I was waiting for a response from my husband, who took a long time to respond lol The price for the size I got 10by 15 was way cheaper then other places.

  I moved to this location 3 days ago from a different storage company in Arcadia and I'm impressed by many things.. First, it's the gentleman who helped me throughout the whole process.. his name is Lawrence and I gotta say this young man is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and educated with the best manners you could possibly imagine! Secondly, this location is so convenient and super clean! Thirdly, this location opens from 6am till 10 pm which gives you many hours of access unlike some storage companies opens at 9am and close at 6:30! Thank you very much Lawrence for all your efforts and hard work being an asset to this location! Nassim
