We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

I had a new sweater which has a damaged snap.I love the sweater and I did not want to return it because it was the last one with that color and size. I went to Nordstrom alterations and Beyatres did her magic touch. You normally would not be able to reuse the same snap part on the bottom once it’s used but she did her best to fix it and it worked! She’s really good, friendly and helpful. If you ever need a repair or alteration, go to Nordstrom at Americana and ask for Beyatres. She’s great! I appreciate her.
