I accidentally reserved an uncovered parking space instead of a storage unit. I couldn't figure out the space numbers and called 3 different times rather irritated by the third call and not being able to figure it out. I definitely had a rude tone but she was the sweetest. She did not make me feel stupid, didn't make me feel bad for being rude, she went above and beyond and rectified the situation QUICKLY. She was absolutely amazing 👏 And if you are in a hurry, on two hours of sleep after packing everything in just a few days, maybe think you made a mistake rather than the company 🤷♀️ We live and learn... Either way, Rachel deserves all the recognition!
