    This is a big store with a lot of things in stock. We were able to order online what the Clovis store didn't have while we were at the Clovis store. Then we drove over to the North Fresno store and picked up the order curbside. It was a smooth experience. We used the bar code scanning option to find the exact items to supplement our order from the Clovis store. It was so easy and no stress. We didn't have to worry about if the items would be in stock. The app really made the experience eazy. The employees at both stores were awesome.

    Never shop at Lowe’s today was first time walked in store asked 3 employees on a certain item they all specified different location last person asked she said item not available you can order on line how do you guys hire employees do not know the answer sad that is why stores are closing and everyone using Amazon

    Can't get any help. My adult child went to get a HVAC filter of a specific size. Website said this specific location had an abundance in that size every possible offering. My child could not find the right size, asked for help, and the employee told them they were SOL. They messaged me and I called the store. An employee, same age as my kid tried to help and put me on hold for a long time. She connected back and was going to check one other thing, putting me back on hold for a while. Someone else hung up on me as she was trying to get me the info. I called back, after 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer, that person heard what I was looking for and immediately ignored EVERYTHING ELSE including the fact that the previous person would have my answer by now, and tried forwarding me to the department. 10 minutes of ringing later, I hang up and call back again. Another 5 minutes of ringing, someone picks up. Claims to be the department manager (of what department I don't know), I ask to speak to the employee who actually helped. Instead of even attempting he said "he'd help." I said, no, she already has the answer I need by now, I just need to speak with her. He refused, insisting he'd help. He also refused to allow me to speak to the store manager. Anyone who has been through revolving phone calls and lon holds that will repeat, knows that by the third person you've spoken to in these calls, you only want to speak to the one person who has been helpful. The fact that neither I nor my child couldn't get *ANY* help from Lowes staff (aside from the one first employee that I couldn't get reconnected back to), is absolutely disgusting. They've lost all my business from now until they get closed down. UPDATE: I've tried calling to speak to the store manager about this... Twice. Both times, I informed the AI that I need to speak to the store manager. I'm then left on hold until the system hangs up on me.
