  I've been coming here for my pool needs for 25 years. The staff has always been helpful. I appreciate that they will test the water for free and provide you with the chemicals that you need. Sometimes there's a wait, but that's the nature of retail. Sometimes buying products online with other companies is cheaper, but I have found annoying issues with deliveries of chemicals where someone needs to be present to accept delivery. I have also found that sometimes different employees provide different recommendations of their products, but I'm sure there is more than one way to skin a cat, and no one way is necessarily the only correct way. I like that they have a rewards program that provides discounts for future purchases. I also take advantage of their mailers. If you plan your purchases around major holidays at the beginning and end of swimming season (Memorial Day and Labor Day), you can get some really good deals.
