I will never shop at Lowe’s again. I bought a washer and dryer, but the first washer lid was too long. I went back to pick a new set, but that set didn’t fit either. I ended up keeping the first set, but I had already paid the $250 price difference for the second set. I never received the second set or a refund.
I’m very upset because the lady on the phone didn’t seem willing to help me. I have all the paperwork and receipts, but even when I go into the store, they tell me I have to call customer service. I’m extremely frustrated and want the $250 they owe me.

The driver of this vehicle 2-6-2026 roughly around 1:30pm the driver of this vehicle was driving extremely chaotic! Honking at cars to get outta his way and lane switching violently! When he noticed me recording he flipped me off and speed away, I'm assuming because he didn't want me to get his face in the video. Lowe's needs to do better on who they hire for drivers. This man is a danger to everybody on the streets

Just waited 20 minutes at the paint counter, no employee and no explanation why. I will be getting my custom paint at Home Depot. Awful service. Myself and two other customers notified two employees and still nobody came, even with the notification for the paint counter going out over the speakers.

The people working in the store were very nice and helpful. When my products I had purchased were delivered one was damaged and the delivery person said he had talked to a person at the office and they had said they will have the replacement product delivered the next day or two and wasn’t delivered until a week and half later

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
