Their website is great but your best bet is to just visit the showroom and find yourself the guru of Lovesac, Angela. She knows her stuff and has an abundance of patience! There’s zero pressure to buy or rush and she answered all of our questions. She gave us tips and knew what to tweak in our order so it looked great and so the pillows all fit nicely. We visited her at least a couple times before deciding on our Sactional. It came QUICK, zero issues and has been so comfortable. We love our new couches and we truly appreciate Angela!
