Im used to having a beautiful experience at this store but today CHRISTINA the manager gave me an awful experience that I don’t believe corporate would appreciate. I walked in the store and said that’s why I love this store and spend my money here it’s so peaceful but before I left I felt unappreciated, harassed & mis treated. I truly hope thats not the experience Christina gives all customers. Once, a younger teen cashier asked this very nice couple in front of me if they were getting married and they were so delighted she noticed. She asked about their engagement, their wedding, their dog and rang up a whole cart in less than three minutes. The workers at this Hobby Lobby are always so helpful and informative, I like coming here because everybody here is very nice. Customers included. I am Native and dress alternatively with tattoos and piercings and sadly, there have been a lot of stores that are not welcoming at all. Not only have I been deliberately followed around entire stores, I have been very angrily and falsely accused of stealing with no remorse shown for accusations that are made or apologies offered. Even after allowing myself to be searched with no fuss while trying to remain curtious at the very least. When I started crochet, if someone wasn't able to help, other member walking by would try to help or I would be told to just hang out a bit while they went to find someone to help. I tell anyone who likes to work with their hands to come here.
