  Very disappointed with Clark Pest Control. Their billing department is completely unorganized. I was told my service would be $50 per month, but they started charging me $88 without any notice. Unprofessional and not transparent at all. When attempting to call to cancel service, it is very difficult to reach someone. Long hold wait times

  I upgraded my service to include mosquito control, which was not at all effective. They came out to my home on 6-25. I noticed the same day that the mosquito control buckets were bone dry, i’m not sure if they had ever been serviced but I know for a fact they were not serviced that day. I called the next day and told them about it and they sent someone on 7-1. They also charged an additional service fee, which I didn’t pay since we are supposed to get free call backs. I sent them a message saying I think they made an error and they acknowledged that they did in fact make an error. I contacted them again about a month later saying the charge was still on my account and asking if they could remove that. And now I got a letter from a collection agency. My mom, who is very punctual about paying her bills, was also sent to collections in august for a bill that was paid in May. I think she sent the check maybe 7 days after receiving the bill. Granted it’s easy enough to dispute, but it’s a whole unnecessary hurdle. Basically their service is bad, not a great price, they make mistakes (which is fine but they do not take the proper steps to make it right), and they are a bit too eager to send people to collections illegitimately. Not a great formula for retaining clients. With a plethora of alternatives, I strongly urge everyone to go elsewhere for their pest control needs.

  I’ve been with Clark for about a year after they bought out Kellogg. Everything was going ok. I was paying exactly what Kellogg was charging. Just recently , within the last month or two they stopped leaving a copy of the paper bill that they would leave after every service and then come to find out they increased my monthly bill from $50 to $88.00! I never received notice of any kind to inform of this nearly $40 per month increase. I’m sorry but there are just too many pest services in Fresno who charge around $40-$50 per month for Clark to be charging such a high price for a one time per month visit. I canceled with them.

  Do not use this SHADY company!!! They lost a lot of customers because they doubled their monthy fee without sending notice to the customers!!! $88 a month of a service is ridiculous. Come on Clark, you can do better than that. What a shame!
