The technician took care to spray all the new rocks and foundation and give it a good going over since it is brand new. I really appreciated him doing that. He also did a great job of cleaning up the rat traps and the sticky roach paper in my garage, which hadn’t been done for some time. In the backyard, he sprayed very well. Everything except the wood pile, which is to be expected in summer. I had a problem with cricket, so he made sure to spray around the sliding glass door and to make sure we don’t see any emphasize of infestation. Overall, my service was excellent, and I really appreciate him taking the time to talk to me about the new landscaping and issues around my house. I would highly recommend this technician to anyone.

He applied treatments to the eaves, windows, doors, entry points, perimeter of my home, and any pest hotspots he found on the property. He said to expect to see a gradual reduction in activity over the next 3–4 weeks as the treatment takes full effect. He was prompt, professional and courteous!
