Those on line included the pheromone lure covered with a removable plastic protection sheet since since the lure is volatile and is only active for several weeks. The kits given to me contained no such lure protection, and given their apparent age it is clear why they were not effective in trapping moths when I hung them at home. I would appreciate being given kits that are fresh and that work.

I appreciate that he even took the time to befriend my dog, which was above and beyond his job duties. He played with my dog for 5 minutes to made sure the dog was comfortable with him being there. My dog loved the attention. Javon even came back and reminded me to lock my gate after he left, which I had forgotten to do and was grateful for the reminder.
