  I received text James on way at4pm but he already was there at 2pm so never got my text to spray dirt for fleas and backhouse for roaches. I subscribed for service to my property with two house on it one fee. Agent told my sister I'd needed to add backhouse NO I was very specific with. Sales agent for agreed fee it would take care of whole property with two house on one lot. Bad communication

  Due to his expertise and work ethic, John was able to provide excellent service. He texted in advance and showed up on time. He was knowledgeable about his work and responsive to individual requests, making helpful recommendations where appropriate. He did a comprehensive job, completing all aspects of the work quickly and thoroughly and providing pictures upon completion. Would recommend him again.

  Returned back to Aptive after a gap of 2 years. The first visit was complimentary. The service person spent almost 3.5 to 4 hours. First working for about an hour inside the home spraying for ants, roaches and silver fish. Next he treated the perimeter for ants and roaches, set up traps for roaches and rodents around the property. cleaned the eves for cobwebs around the house and our detached storage shed too. Was courteous, professional and thorough. Did not hurry thru the treatment. He said he will be back in 40 days for another treatment Very happy with the service. Recommend Aptive

  You keep you keep sending service technicians to my house during the week and I’ve been asking for two months to get Saturday appointments and you keep making appointments during the week. The guys don’t do anything and I’m paying for the service like why would you come when it’s raining and you can’t spray to put, I watched what he did he didn’t do anything.
