Amazing! I had a slight issue when I went today with my discount and Vicki Took the time out of her busy schedule to literally assist me until the situation was rectified, and it took a good 20 mins, once the problem was solved she then walked me To the checkout, checked my items out and made sure the entire transaction was seamless and I had no further issues. I am very pleased! Definitely my new Lowe’s location! Service like this makes you WANT to spend money there! Thank you guys!

Been shopping here for years the parking and prices are always good. But if they keep it up with the solar people running you down trying to sell you scammy solar power leases, I'm going down the street to Home Depot from now on. The last FOUR times in a row I have been there the same lady (who initially always tries to sound like an employee) chased me down. I don't know what they are getting paid by the solar company but it's not worth harassing your customers.

I want to give a big thank you to Jose who helped me at self-checkout. They were very attentive and noticed I was struggling with an item before I even had to ask for help. Great customer service

Poor Assistance for Locked Tool – Wasted Time and Frustration. I stopped by the Lowe’s at 16851 Sierra Lakes Parkway in Fontana today (February 9, 2026) to purchase a specific tool that was in a locked security case in the aisle. I walked to the front to asked for help and I was told some one would come to help. I waited in the aisle for over 10 minutes hoping an employee would come by to help open the case—no one showed up, even though the store wasn’t overly crowded. I then walked to the front of the store again to ask for assistance. Four employees gathered around, but they all looked puzzled and unsure what to do. One of them told me he didn’t have permission to open the locked cases, and the person who did (likely a manager or designated associate) “could not be found” or wasn’t available right then. After several minutes of back-and-forth with no resolution, I ended up leaving without the tool I needed. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had already spent time locating the item and waiting patiently. I understand security measures for high-theft items, but there needs to be better training, more staff with access keys, or a quicker way to page the right person. This experience made shopping here feel inefficient compared to other home improvement stores. The store itself looked clean and well-stocked otherwise, but customer service in the tool department fell short today. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve things for future shoppers

We first tried the Lowe’s in Redlands and, not to be disrespectful, we didn’t get much help and almost made a rushed decision out of desperation. I’m honestly glad that didn’t happen because we came here and Kevin was amazing. He took the time to ask the right questions, got exact measurements, and helped us find the perfect refrigerator for our space. He even showed us features we weren’t thinking about but absolutely needed—especially since our fridge sits next to a wall and the doors had to open a specific way. I’m extremely thankful for his help and highly recommend asking for Kevin. Thank you so much Kevin blown away by your customer service
