When arriving to the unit I was promised a free lock, and a small welcome bag was supposed to be inside thw unit. Unfortunately it was not. I contacted the manager Steve to inquire about this. After double checking, he promptly made sure I got the small gift bag and lock. Thank-you. 5 stars.

Steve came in clutch and made our moving experience alot better his customer service was Top notch. Highly recommend Extra space storage great price and hours.
