The manager Lexi has been nothing but helpful, kind and attentive to me and my family and even helped us clean our unit at one point. Speaking of which, this is one of the cleaner storage places Ive been to. I haven't seen any trash or litter and even more surprisingly, no bugs or spiders in my aunts unit that's had boxes and furniture in it for nearly six years. If you want a safe place to store your stuff you cant go wrong with this one.
