    Bought a new dishwasher that didn't come with extended legs to make leveling even. Said that it was our responsibility to notify the manufacturer. Not Lowes.

    Misleading credit promotions This store repeatedly lied and changed details about their credit promotions after the sale. I was told one thing to get me to buy, then given completely different terms afterward. Very misleading and unprofessional. Get everything in writing and don’t trust verbal promises. I won’t be returning.

    Beware!!! Lowe’s claims to have a 48 hour return policy on major appliances!! Do NOT buy from Lowe’s!! I bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s and paid Lowe’s to install it only two weeks ago. It’s literally leaking from the door and Francisco in the appliance department is saying that it can’t be returned if it’s defective. What the heck?!? Have you ever heard of a return policy under 30 days?! -- Update: 1/12/26 This issue has NOT been resolved. I have taken off a day of work to have it "repaired" by the manufacturer. They failed to fix it and it's still leaking. I have to take another day off this week for yet another attempt. Lowe's - if you care, you would reach out to me to resolve this! Refusing to replace it with a functional appliance is bad customer service.

    Went to purchase christmas decorations for the kids this year and an employee named Arleen helped me out. She right out lied to me and my wife about items we bought. She promised us that we could get a price adjustment on our items once they went on sale if we helped her out by buying/using a gift card for our $1,200 purchase. I stupidly believed her and did so. Sale prices dropped and went to get price difference and you guessed it!! She did not honor her promise!! Never again 😒 🙃 I definitely will never be back or recommend this shade store..

    The store manager or assistant manager provided an incredible experience for me. One of the cashiers, Kevin, accidentally made a mistake on my purchase, and I was directed to the PRO rewards/lumber side for a return. After fighting through the busy crowd, I was ultimately redirected to the regular returns area on the other side of the store. By the time I got there, I was pretty frustrated. However, the returns associate helped me right away, and the store manager or assistant manager was standing next to her. She understood the situation immediately and assisted me in contacting the card services team to check the balances on my gift cards. After that, she personally walked me over to the appliances section, provided direct one-on-one service, and helped bundle my discounts after I purchased multiple appliances and power tools. Thank you, Lowe’s. Because of her exceptional service, I would be happy to continue doing business here.
