I just spent $2,200 on doors and one of them has a broken locking mechanism that can’t be repaired. My contractor has been on standby for 3 days on the project this whole time with our wall ripped out. I’ve been getting the run around for 3 days on getting this door exchanged for a new one. It’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer the phone then when they do I get passed of to 9 different people and none of them are any help. Worst customer service ever. As a first time customer I definitely will not be going back.
Still haven’t gotten an answer on the doors. What a joke.

Do NOT subscribe to their HomeCare+ program that provides 7 home services for $99/year!!! Repairman didn't show up at appointed time, no phone call, no listed phone number to call him, no answer at the Lowe's customer service desk. Spent hour on phone # listed on contract but it was on East Coast & agent wasn't familiar with the program. Attempted calling Folsom Lowe's customer service several times before I got a real person, asked to speak to manager, was told he was in a meeting & would call back but so far no call! In the meantime several new appointment times have shown up in my email, none of which I made & no phone # to try to straighten out problem. Needless to say, I have now cancelled the contract!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
