  My partner and I visited the store to learn about the product selection, variables, and delivery timelines. George was very helpful in explaining all the different options and pieces that were customizable. He was also very thorough in explaining that each order was built to order so some pieces might arrive at different times. He helped us build a quote and then make modifications in a second visit. Amanda assisted us in setting a release date on the order as we were in the middle of moving. Visiting the store greatly influenced our purchase !

  My family and I went in to the Folsom store after Thanksgiving so that we could see the LoveSac sectionals and their various configurations in person. We were able to test out several different options: standard versus deep seating as well as straight versus angled backs. They also had standard fill as well as the "fluffy" fill. We chose our fabric and configuration with the help of Amanda. She put together our cart and we went home to order our various items in a leisurely manner. With the exception of one backordered item we now have everything assembled in our home and it looks great!

  What a great store and WONDERFUL staff! I ended up on their website one night, very interested in some items, but I really wanted to see them in person and ask some questions before proceeding with a purchase. I went to the Folsom store the next day, I was immediately greeted by Colin, he answered all of my questions, was incredibly patient and thorough. I assumed that, like all furniture stores they earned a commission, but that is not the case. However, by making your purchase in store, you help the store and the staff!! I did not have my preferred payment method with me at the time which I thought would be an issue but it wasn’t, there is an option that they can build the cart for you at the store and send you a payment link for you to resolve at your convenience, and that helps to still give the store the credit for assisting you. When I got home, I went to settle the payment and (based on my own fault) the link stopped working and wouldn’t let me finalize the order. I had two options, go online and just order it myself or wait until the store opened and ask them for assistance. I really wanted to give the store the credit they deserved so I opted to wait and call them. I got to speak with a different associate, Amanda, and she was just as wonderful as Colin! She listened while I explained everything, she found my order and was able to help me finalize everything over the phone. Thank you LoveSac team, I appreciate your excellent customer service and your knowledgeable input, I would absolutely do business here again!!
