The employees that assisted us in this last design project gave us really good advice about the shutters that we were installing. The installation crew did a really good quick job, very clean very, respectful of our house and left everything in very clean order. We can’t recommend them enough.

They sold me some new clips that would work but after trying and failing I brought them in to have the store do them for me. They offered to show me while I waited and it turned out to be a fairly simple job. The one I had tried to fix had been glued in though and needed to be drilled out. After trying some myself I was left alone to finish the others, which I agreed to and was okay with. But after 20 mins or so an employee started suggesting that if I could finish them at home that I should go. She said her boss wanted the show room cleared out in case anyone happened to come in. Not a huge deal I guess. Just wish the boss would have talked to me or even introduced themselves. Another 5-10 minutes and the shutters are finished. Not terrible, but felt very rude. Won't be back for parts or or new shutters
