- RGRichard GrillatMar 15, 20211.0Worst company ever! They came to remove an old stove and had to use our ladder and my dolly to do the job. They took the old stove out and left it right outside the house. They said they would take it when they would return to install the new stove. They still wanted to charge us $750.00 for that. They came back to install the new stove and during the installation the three of them kept on arguing about the clearances needed between the stove and the wall. They said they should have brought elbows in order to safely install the stove far away enough from the wall, but installed it anyway and left. The first time we used the stove, the wall caught on fire and if we had been away while the stove was on, our entire house could have caught on fire. They charged us $1660.00 for the installation. During the installation they also damaged our living room wall with their ladder. We had to patch and repaint the whole wall and install a fireproof panel behind the stove. It gets even better, the last time we tried to build a fire, the whole room filled up with smoke. These people are the most incompetent and unprofessional we have ever seen. We will definitely get our money back and will hire someone else.
