I came to Lowe’s around 1:30pm yesterday and I needed help looking for an item. I had asked this employee that is African American with baggy clothes if I could get his help, he tried to help look for the item and asked me twice if I had the item # I said no twice , and it seemed he was feeling rushed helping me out. 10 minutes flew by and told me “I have to go, I’m off shift” when I still haven’t looked for the item I was looking for . This is very unprofessional of him to do. As an employee you’re supposed to work until you have no customers. Every time I come here for paint too, they take about 10-20 minutes just to have somebody help you.
