A lot of companies do not know how to properly or safely pressure wash and clean the moss off a tile roof, but these guys do!!! He inspected and cleaned the dryer vent ducts and the roof cap, which was the culprit. Needless to say clothes are now drying! Frank was very professional and efficient. He did a great and thorough job! He showed us photos of what everything looked like before and after. Amazing work. He also let us know the status of roof tiles around the area - bonus!
