- MLMyles LustadoDec 28, 20251.0Terrible customer service experience. Tyler, the assistant manager at this location, was completely unprofessional. I called as a Pro Partner needing help with site login credentials. Other store locations immediately understood what I needed but explained they couldn’t assist because their manager wasn’t available. Tyler, however, refused to help outright, showed no interest in understanding the issue, had a very poor attitude, and ultimately hung up on me mid-conversation. As a Pro Partner, this level of dismissiveness and lack of basic customer service was extremely disappointing.
