I came to this store to get a refrigerator to my house and we got the refrigerator delivered on time. Everything was OK but few months passed and the refrigerator start giving us problems either the door is not working fine or it’s not cooling or it’s freezing the food and we lost a lot of food because of that , well, when we purchased the refrigerator, they recommend us to the LG company to ensure and to cover the problems we bought that warranty on it. It’s LG but every time you want to request a service call they giving you a hard time. We asked them already a few times to replace this unit. They refuse and they said it’s up to the technician. Well the technician came over 10 times already now and no solution do not buy LG or the warranty from this company until now we have an issue never fixed and I will never come back to this store and purchase appliance again.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
