  Most of the incredible service we had was from Kimberly over the years that made our life very easy when handling problems with her our 2 containers and we have actually been customers for over 20 years. Great service. She’s a keeper.

  The units are in good condition, the access is easy and safe and the staff is superb. We have several units and not one problem! I highly recommend this particular storage location!!!

  My customer service experience was 11/10. Vince was very helpful, respectful and caring. He was very descriptive of everything I needed to know. I chose to rent a unit from this place specifically because of how nice he treated me. The units seem very safe and the units are very clean as well. Was very impressed with my experience overall. This guy deserves a raise or something. Awesome work Vince!

  My experience at Olivenhain Storage was very positive. I was shown all the features and found it to be very convenient. Jay was very friendly and extremely helpful with finding the right unit for me. The facility is kept very clean and has easy access.
