It took 3 different kits to get all the parts for refurbishment and I'm impressed at their in depth knowledge of the product. Its great to have such a seamless experience on a Sunday when other places don't even work. Props to the team and store at Leslie's.

I have spent THOUSANDS at this store (new pump, filter, heater, vacuum (twice! since they sold me a crappy model that never worked right - did not stand behind THAT either!) And now, they refused to refund a lousy $14 pool net that was defective. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They do not care about their customers! Rancho Pools are WAAAYYY better, more knowledgeable, friendlier and appreciate their clients!
