- NSnathan selbeckJul 8, 20221.0Most trusted? More like Least trusted. Used there service two weeks ago. Lady who got my keys out damaged my car in the process. Small paint scratch, not a huge deal. The dispatch department I spoke with prior to paying for the service stated "any damage caused to the vehicle will be covered". Called them back to get compensated for the damages. The first person i spoke to said they would transfer me to the support department to get this resolved. Waited probably 5 min, finally someone comes on the line. Tell them my whole story again and they say that ive been transefered to the wrong department and that theyll transfer me again to the correct one. I bet you can assume where this is headed... Next person says the same thing, get transfered again, and again until i was left on hold/transfer for over 30min. I hang up to try again the next day. Call them back and the same thing happens. I call a few days later same thing happens. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. My incident happened on the 26th and i am still waiting. Youd better hope they get your keys out with your car unscathed otherwise your in for customer service nightmare. Hope this helps anyone contemplating using their Lock Smith service...
