  My first encounter with Encinitas Self Storage was outstading, with Rubin over the phone. His customer service from the moment I called throughout our conversation was excellent. Rubin, was patient, kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, organized, and extremely compassionate. He answered all my questions about my Storage needs, and had suggestions, along with offerering affordable ways that helped my budget. The other staff members are also outstanding, with kindness, compassion, helpfullness, knowledgeable, and organized. The Storage facility is clean, roomy, organized, and has excellent accessibility for one's needs. I highly recommend Encinitas Self Storage as it is the BEST facility I have encountered due to Outstanding customer service, affordability, and excellent choices in the different Storage units offered. From small closet sizes to full car storage units. Encinitas Self Storage is a place that you can be assured your precious items will be secure, and safe.
