    Called store to verify something was in stock. Employee confirmed and website said 30+ in stock. 40 min drive only to find no inventory at store.

    Asking 4 separate employees to page someone to flooring, no one showed up, went to Home Depot. End of story.

    Customer service was bad. We went to get paint there before and usually it’s quick. The most we waited for them to mix our paint was 10 minutes. However, today we went back to get some new paint and had to wait almost half an hour when there was little to no customers. I usually don’t mind waiting if there’s a lot of people or if they are understaffed, etc. But one of the employees helped us and mixed our paint in the mixer and left to who knows what. We thought he needed to go get something and will come back soon but he never did. We asked him for help around 8:45pm and waited until 9:10, they are already getting ready to close at 10 but there seemed to be no rush in helping us. We asked another employee how long it usually takes and she asked: “he didn’t give the paint to you?” And we told her that he just left. she radioed him and he said that it’s been done in the machine and for her to give it to us. I was annoyed, not because it took almost half an hour to get our paint but because our paint was ready within 5 minutes and the worker decided to leave for 20 minutes and did not plan to come back nor ask for someone to give it to us before we had to step in.

    To the management at Lowe’s, I need to be honest: I have never walked into your store and found someone willing to help me. On the rare occasion I actually track down an employee, they don’t solve the problem – they make it worse. Instead of guiding me to the right aisle, they send me to the wrong one just to get rid of me. That means if I don’t already know exactly where an item is located before I walk in, I can easily waste an entire day searching for one single product. Your employees don’t seem to know where things are in their own store. Every time I go, I leave frustrated after losing hours of my time. Please train your staff to actually help customers find what they need – not brush them off with bad directions. Otherwise, what’s the point of even having employees on the floor? A very disappointed customer

    Fred from the tools department made my 85-year-old grandpa’s birthday shopping spree so much easier and more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to help us find everything my grandpa was looking for, even walking us out from the nursery section to make sure we had what we needed. We are so grateful for his kindness and patience. My grandpa can be a bit challenging at times, but Fred handled everything with such understanding and care—it was truly remarkable. Thank you, Fred, for your excellent service!
