  We interviewed multiple companies and are so pleased that we went with Pinnacle Pools. They have an in-house crew and the whole process was quite fast, as our pool was done in about 6 weeks once permits were approved. When we were stuck on design, they came up with an option that we completely loved and decided to go with. They also have a 3D walk through during the design process that was so cool and ultimately helped us make our decision. Most impressive though, was the owner Terry. We were lucky enough to work with him on a portion of our build. It was very clear how important his business is to him and that his customers are happy with their pools.

  We cannot thank Pinnacle Pool and Landscape enough for saving our backyard project. We were in a very stressful position with a half-finished fiberglass pool and spa hole in ground left behind by a previous contractor, but Pinnacle stepped in and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Our designer and salesman, Jet, was incredible from day one. He listened patiently to our vision, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that the project was finally in the right hands. What truly sets this company apart is the leadership. Terry, the owner, took a personal interest in our build. He worked with us throughout the entire project and was incredibly accommodating whenever we requested changes. Having the owner so involved made a huge difference in the quality and experience. If you want a team that is professional, patient, and truly cares about the final result, I highly recommend Pinnacle!

  We want to thank Jared and Pinnacle pools and landscape because of the top quality sales experience they provide. We got 4 other bids including the most well known ones in the area. The one with the most reviews were rude and never followed up with us, even asking what I did for a living. Other offers started very high and worked their ways down. Jared listened to us, our situation and provided us with a top quality quotes, follow ups and designs. First off was the initial visit, he was able to schedule a visit very quickly and taking a look at our backyard he had a good eye for design and tried to make it fit the landscaping of the yard. He then spent a lot of time taking measurements and pictures. He answered all of our questions and clearly communicated to us when we could expect a quote. About a week later, he sent over a quote and also scheduled a meeting to go over the details over a conference call. He and the owner refined the design with us until we got a great looking 3D design and really listened to us trying to meet our budget requirements. A few days later the final design rendering was sent over, we went back and forth on small changes and we got a really detailed, very nice pool with actually better quality equipment and design than the others while staying under budget. We were so grateful for their patience, professionalism and care that was taken in the building the quote that we didn’t see with the others. There was no pressure sales tactics or sign of impatience even though we were pretty indecisive in the end. I felt like I could trust Jared to be truthful and fair and that’s important when making such a big purchase. In the end my personal situation is putting the pool on hold but if and when we decide to move forward, we will go with them . Thanks again guys and good luck in your future success.

  I did a a lot of research before selecting a pool company and I was very happy I chose Pinnacle Pools and Landscapes. Terry and Jet were really great to work with. They were always available to answer calls and questions. They were able to make our pool dreams come true. They work fast and efficiently. The pool came out beautiful and beyond what we expected. Terry delivered and always kept his promises. They also did my concrete which came out great. It was nothing but a positive experience. We love our backyard and are so thankful. Anyone who chooses Pinnacle is making a wise and good decision. Terry, Jet, Alfredo and team. Thank you.

  we are a few weeks post-construction and we are really enjoying our pool! it has completely transformed our backyard & we are so thrilled with the outcome. overall, pinnacle was easy to work with, fair, and super efficient. we started construction in the middle of their peak season and were swimming about a month-or-so later. the end product is so beautiful and we are super happy with the major upgrade to our backyard and lifestyle. hands down, the best part of our experience was working with Jet Wolfe. if you have the chance to work with him, you’ll get it. he is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always made us feel like we had a trusted partner and advocate throughout this whole process. we had a lot of questions as construction was taking place and have a very detailed eye so we worked very closely with him — he heard all of our questions and concerns without making us feel like pests. a pool is a huge investment and he made sure that it was executed exactly how we wanted it. he really thought of everything! and he is a major asset to the company & would recommend working with him if you get the chance. thanks again, pinnacle!
