  Pinnacle Pools did a very good job of resurfacing and re-tiling our pool. They were always on time and very easy to work with. The pool looks great and they let me place the four turtle tiles exactly where I wanted them.Our main contact with them was perhaps the nicest person that I have ever dealt with in the construction industry.

  We recently completed a project by Pinnacle Pools that included a pool, retaining wall, concrete work, and full yard drainage to address major drainage issues. Jared quoted us a fair price and built us a beautiful pool within our budget. He listened to what we wanted and kept on top of the project to make sure that we got everything that we asked for. The process from dig day through the final walk-through took 8 weeks and stayed on budget. We were happy with the workers that we met or observed. They were professional, took good care of the yard and did really meticulous work. It was a smooth process and if we had questions or if a minor issue came up (like a cracked tile) or something stressful (like the day our recently dug pool filled with water due to a storm) we were able to talk to Jared or Terry easily and they answered our questions or handled the situation immediately. A lot can happen in 8 weeks, especially when you choose to build a pool in the winter, so we were grateful for the care and attention we received throughout the project. We’re very happy with the outcome of our project and are excited to start using our pool in the next few weeks.

  Terry and his crew created an oasis in a small space. He listened to our wants and needs, created a beautiful design and within days his crew was here and ready to begin. They had little to no space to work and get equipment in but the did and with ease. Terry was on site most days just checking on the progress and answer and questions. We had a beautiful pool and new concrete poured in the back yard. It truly made our home complete. We also loved his work so much we just mentioned about having our driveway re cemented. Again within a week the crew was back and we had a new driveway by the time I was done with work. I am so happy with the quality and professionalism that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND PINNACLE POOLS/ got pool, spa, landscaping you name it!!!!

  We cannot thank Pinnacle Pool and Landscape enough for saving our backyard project. We were in a very stressful position with a half-finished fiberglass pool and spa hole in ground left behind by a previous contractor, but Pinnacle stepped in and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Our designer and salesman, Jet, was incredible from day one. He listened patiently to our vision, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that the project was finally in the right hands. What truly sets this company apart is the leadership. Terry, the owner, took a personal interest in our build. He worked with us throughout the entire project and was incredibly accommodating whenever we requested changes. Having the owner so involved made a huge difference in the quality and experience. If you want a team that is professional, patient, and truly cares about the final result, I highly recommend Pinnacle!
