  I am thrilled with my "Trade In Days" purchase. The store tour and inventory of possibilities given by designer Brandon Bloodworth was thorough and entertaining. I have to emphasize how much I appreciated how he helped me work through my options until I found exactly what I wanted in stock! The sale price delighted me, but I was thrilled when he was able to find an additional discount that saved me nearly $1000! I've had La-Z-Boy furniture in my home for decades. The lumbar and headrest features of the new power recliners, however, redefine the standards for comfort.

  Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend asking for Robert the sales associate who helped me at the Lazyboy store in Elk Grove. He was kind, no pressure sales, very knowledgeable and listened. From the moment my sister-in-law and I walked into the store we felt at ease. I explained what I was looking for and what my budget was. After looking around the store and with the help from Robert, I’m pleased to have purchased a Finley power couch and loveseat recliner set. Both at an incredible sales price. I had asked about any additional discounts, Robert went above and beyond to contact his manager to see if I qualified for an addition 5% special discount that was being offered, which I did qualify for! His coworker Abdul (hopefully I spelled correctly) was also very pleasant and kind and helped with our order and delivery dates. After we completed the sales paperwork which included instructions on how to program remotes and various information regarding the specifics of the recliners, Robert took the time to go back over to the couch and show me some specific information regarding cords and remotes. I have no buyers remorse, a great experience for me.

  I cannot believe how disappointing my experience has been here!! We dropped 13K on a sectional/sofa on Thanksgiving weekend and still have not received it. It's not a super detailed custom order, it's not the first sectional ever built. We have had almost NO communication with the store until I started calling and making a big loud fuss. Now I have the store manager, the regional manager and the salesperson involved, but they are not really providing anything at this point. We were told on November 29th that we would receive our order in 8-10 weeks and would receive a confirmation email. The email never came and we are now in the middle of week 12 and the only reason we are getting any contact is because I have been calling regularly and have insisted on weekly update calls. This is the WORST service I have received in a long time. I am a big fan of "shop local" and giving many chances to right a wrong, but the employees and management here are doing just the bare minimum in my opinion. We are 'supposed' to receive our sectional in the middle of March... stay tuned but don't hold your breath (at least that's what I'm telling myself) because I have zero faith of that happening. In summary - save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else if you're in the market for furniture. After this fiasco, I will not give them another cent!! (and that's assuming I won't have to cancel my order and demand a refund or get a lawyer involved!)
