I was told that they do Framing and so I took my work to be framed in there, and I was told to go to the back, and I stood at the framing counter, ringing the bell for over 20 minutes, and nobody ever came to help me So now I’m stuck and I guess I have to go back to Michaels Then another time I had somebody who was supposed to be helping me and he said OK I’ll be right back and he never came back. I waited about 20 minutes and I found him in another part of the store and he had just left me standing there. The customer service just leaves a lot to be desired when you are not going through a cashier and that makes me sad because I would much rather shop here than someplace else, but I can’t risk going in there again and having them just leave me at the framing encounter again
