  I couldn’t be happier with the service from Taylen. He’s punctual, professional, incredibly thorough, and genuinely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond—taking the time to answer my questions, explain the treatment plan, and offer practical prevention tips. Since his visit, we’ve had zero pest issues, and the house smells fresh and clean after treatment. Highly recommend his services for anyone needing reliable, effective pest control.

  This review is for my bug technician JT. He is by far the best bug technician I’ve ever had! He’s absolutely exceptional! Very friendly and truly cares about your bug issues and goes above and beyond to target exactly where the issues are. I never have to call for a respray with JT! The bugs stay gone until my next service which is so nice. I hope he stays my technician for a very long time. Thank you so much JT for being so AWESOME!!!!😁👍

  Bell Pest Control is outstanding! I have been with Bell Pest Control service for a year and am totally happy with their effective service and helpful staff. They have free re-treatments between visits if pests persist. The clear communication both on the phone with Samantha and the technician at my home about the services performed is appreciated. A note signed by the technician is left at my door about the service. I value the phone and text reminder prior to an upcoming service and asking if there is anything that needs attention. Darryl and now JT have been my technicians. They are both are knowledgeable, professional, polite, thorough, and go above and beyond. Darryl has helped me get an outside light globe off, a new light bulb installed and the clean globe safely back on. JT carefully explained the difference between wasps, bees, and yellow jackets when I pointed out a ground nest. It was a yellow jackets nest and he carefully and effectively sprayed it. Bees are protected. Both technicians have been very careful around my bird feeders and fountains. This past weekend a door-to-door salesman for Aptive Pest Control rolled up on a Segway. He was very aggressive, pushy, disrespectful, unprofessional. Upon further checking, Aptive Pest Control is not BBB accredited Please avoid them!

  Technicians are always ready to answer questions and provide service when needed. I have had infections with flies, and they always try to eradicate the pest.
