- KGkaren garciaJan 1, 20261.0On 12/10/25 there was a break in and there were attempts to break into the units. My unit was one of them and luckily nothing was taken (only bent the door). Extra storage hired people to fix the doors the people fixing the doors took all of my partners expensive tools and items we kept in there. You can’t trust to keep your items safe here!!! LISA the Manager would not provide her name or corporate number to us. She would not help us figure out the situation and showed no care for the fact that items were taken. She said there are no cameras in the facility. No cameras in a place where people keep their belongings? Thats insane. You can’t rely or trust the people running this facility.
