  One your female employees at the register was very rude to me on the 25th around 3pm. I purchased some items and I gave her a coupon that had been given to me a week or so prior when I visited the store. She began asking me in a rude tone of voice if I had “taken” a coupon from the store or if someone had given it to me. I let her know someone in the store had given it to me and told it was expired. I never asked for another coupon but she gave me one of your Bed Bath and Beyond discounts. I thanked her and I did not complain about the coupon but she was very unpleasant towards me. I didn’t appreciate feeling accused of something I didn’t do. She then said very loudly to the people behind me, “Sorry about that!” which made me feel embarrassed. She had very poor customer service towards me and I will not be shopping here again.

  The staff at this location are incredible. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. It felt so refreshing, with nearly every employee interacting with me throughout my visit in a way that felt genuine and thoughtful. Beyond the service, the store itself is large and well organized, with a variety of storage solutions. I’ve shopped in person, ordered online for store pickup, and completed returns with ease. There is also always plenty of parking available.

  A huge store for storage and organization products including closet organizers like Shoe storage, bins, closet boxes, closet drawers, jewelry storage … For offices a variety of organisers available with office supplies. For bathrooms, cleaning kitchen , a wide range of products available for storage and organization. However for kitchen we couldn’t find small glass containers. Shelves, storage boxes/containers for a garage can be shopped.

  This store has the best customer service of any store, hands down. And it’s not just one person, it’s the store’s culture. In a time when it seems customer service is a lost art, entering The Container Store in El Segundo is breath of fresh air!

  I went to the container store and they have every container you could imagine I bought some containers for storage. I was very impressed by the many selections you could choose from and the service was excellent 👌. The price was very reasonable
