  I recently rented a unit and have been super pleased. Pricing was very competitive and Franky was helpful with any questions I had and made the application process seamless. I am very happy that I relocated to Green Valley Storage from another nearby facility.

  This is our first experience with any kind of storage units. Both Crystal and Frankie have exceptional customer service capabilities. They truly care that you know the facts and what you can and cannot do. It is a great facility, close to our home, and and an easy transition for us knowing we have great people working there on the premise.   Crystalrose was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while showing us different storage unit sizes to make sure we found the perfect fit. She didn’t mind taking the time to walk us through all the options, and her customer service truly stood out. We will definitely be recommending her to anyone looking for storage!

  Very happy customer of Green Valley Storage for over 10 years now! I’ve had multiple units based on my changing needs and they’ve always been able to accommodate me. The team that runs the facility (especially Franky) is so pleasant, customer focused and attentive. They keep the units well maintained and clean. From ensuring all the lighting is working, to fresh paint, to gate maintenance, I feel safe when I’m working at the units day or night.
