I waited over an hour just to get assistance with blinds, which was really frustrating. I could see that some employees made an effort to call for help, and I appreciate that, but unfortunately, no one ever came. It felt like I was just left hanging without any updates or support. I understand stores get busy, but better follow-through or communication would have made a big difference. Hopefully this is something that can be improved for future customers.

I’ve been shopping at this Lowe’s location for years, especially for my contractor work, so this experience was extremely disappointing.
They are selling visibly damaged products right off the shelf without clearly marking them, which is already unacceptable. When I purchased the item, I was never told it was a final sale. That’s incredibly misleading and honestly scummy—if that had been clearly communicated upfront, I never would have bought it in the first place.
What’s worse is that after purchasing an item I didn’t end up needing, I was told I couldn’t return it—only then did they suddenly decide to point out the damage that was already there when I bought it.
To make things even more frustrating, I overheard associates talking behind my back, implying that I was the one who damaged the product. That’s completely unprofessional and honestly insulting. If your store is going to sell damaged merchandise, the least you can do is take responsibility for it instead of shifting blame onto customers.
Between the poor product quality, lack of transparency, and disrespectful behavior from staff, it’s not surprising this location feels empty compared to other stores.
Even though this Lowe’s is more convenient for me, I’ll gladly go out of my way and drive further to shop at Home Depot instead.
After years of being a customer, I won’t be coming back.

I went in to buy paint on 3/19 at 11:30am. Boo to the employee who was not so happy to be working and neglected to close the paint can lid. Thank you to the woman at the return counter that helped locate someone to help me at the paint counter.
