I went here to pick-up my order of the pink mimi Lowe's buckets. I will use these for my crafting hobby for party favors.

Been a customer for years, have a Lowes credit card too. Today I realized how scummy they are and have a company first, customer last policy and train their staff that way. Went to store to buy toilet seats researched on their website, said they have in stock and ready for pick up. Get there at cash and they are priced 16% higher. Tell the 'associate' price is wrong, they said sorry you have to buy online (even though says nowhere on Lowes website that the price listed is an online price only). After 5 minutes of arguging, I had to become a Karen and ask for a Manager and related to him how strange this was that it was more important for them to make their customer jump through hoops than for them to do right by their customer. Morale of the story is, companies like Lowes these days don't have a customer first mentality anymore and they apparently fleece you with their in-store prices versus their online 'in-stock, available forpick up' pricing and can't be bothered to make the verbiage on their website clear that with a few simplie words (like Costco does) that the price you see are online purchase only. I drove all the way to Lowes and it took 15 minutes and 3 reps for them to do the right thing and honor the price I saw online for pick up. Damage was done, bad taste in my mouth. I guess some companies would rather lose a long-time 'valued' customer whose been with them for 20 years I guess. Congrats Lowes you are one of them.

I don’t even know if this is the right place to post a compliant, or if it will make any difference, but here it goes. I made a large order to replace a door in my basement from Lowe’s for delivery. The door wasn’t in stock at my local Lowe’s so I paid the $80 for delivery and waited a week and a half for them to schedule a delivery, which was longer than they had originally told me it would be. Ok, fine. When delivery day came, everything was there EXCEPT the door! The guy who delivered said it would be coming later that day in a box truck –he had a flatbed. Ok, great. No door arrived, except my order was marked complete. I tried to call the service number but they were closed, called the next day and waited on hold for 45min and finally gave up a decided I would do the online live agent. They opened a case and said someone would call back in 24 hours. So I waited, No call. Reached out to the online chat again, gave them my case number, and they said someone would call in 24-48 hours, so I waited, no call. Reached out again after 48 hours, expressing my frustration and was told the exact same canned response–word for word– about the live agent is also a Lowe’s customer and understands my frustration. They did suggest I drive to the Dublin Lowe’s and pick up the door myself, which is an hour + away from my place, and kind of defeats the $80 I paid. When I called in yesterday the person informed me of the “good news” that they had refunded the cost of the door. I told them I did not ask for a refund, I want the door since thats why I ordered all of the other materials specifically for this door project which is kind of difficult without the actual door. She offered that I could reorder it….and pay another delivery charge. So, let me get this straight, I originally ordered the door for delivery and paid the $80, they messed up somewhere on their end (who know what/where/when, I never found out because no one ever reached out to me), I had to chase them down over several days to “find” my door, and now I have to pay for the next door to be delivered again? No thanks. I’d rather whittle a new door from an old log than give Lowe’s another dime. Good thing there’s a home depot near by.

Purchased a refrigerator. Was told delivery and install were free, just had to purchase the $18 water line to install. Two delivery attempts. Ended up buying it from another place who price matched, didn’t charge me for delivery and install AND gave me a FREE extended warranty!! 1) my fault for not checking the itemized receipt shortly after purchase - guess this was why the sales guy charged me and didn’t actually show me the itemized list in store. I was charged a delivery and install fee. SALES GUY LIED. He was super chatty and nice but lesson learned to see the itemized list before I purchase anything. 2) TWO DELIVERY attempts - first one had a dented door, refused delivery because why spend all this money on a bruised unit. Second one, pretty sure was slammed into a shorter appliance in the truck (since there was a long vertical straight dent the height of a washer/dryer in the back of the unit - so who knows if coils or any structure damage was made since it crimped the metal plate by vent on bottom of unit). KICKER: They wouldn’t refund the delivery fee (that I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place - this was even part of a promotion they had going. - no delivery fee) I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE FROM THEM AGAIN - they try to deliver damage goods and just want you to take their measly discount for spending thousands and of dollars on dented items. NO THANK YOU! Other places price match too! Thanks for the life lesson Lowe’s!

1st time bad experience, Delivered wrong color and bad quality gravels (mixed or crushed instead of clean). But I came to the store to complain the cashier name SAID who is very polite and efficient listen my complaint and fixed it on the spot. That’s why I changed my mind to gave 4 stars from 1. 1st time when I came to order the items. took too much time and not listened and addressed the customers request properly. It means, all depends who is the person you are dealing with and how much experience that person has that ultimately makes a big impact on store’s credibility. I’m happy with cashier SAID and with the store overall. Clean store and people.
