    We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator at end of November and it stopped cooling 2 weeks later. Lowe’s won’t replace the refrigerator and Whirlpool won’t replace it without Lowe’s requesting replacement. Lowe’s keeps giving us the run around and not being helpful. We have talked to many Lowe’s store managers & customer service and also talked to Whirlpool . 4 weeks without a refrigerator and still getting the run around from Lowe’s. Don’t buy any major appliance from Lowe’s, they are scammers and completely worthless to help you if something goes wrong. We also were convinced to buy Lowe’s extended warranty because Lowe’s said it would help get a new refrigerator but nope…scammers.

    This review is only for Jose in the appliance department. Honestly if it wasn’t for Jose I don’t think I’d shop at Lowe’s again. He heard the problem I was having and went above and beyond to help out when the store manager seemed like he could care less about my problem. Jose thank you again for all your help. If you are buying appliances go see him at Dublin Lowe’s. Jose knows what customer service is all about.

    I was told I couldn't return an item I had bought the same day. The reason given was because the box didn't "look" the same, so they assumed I opened the item. I never did open it until I was inside Lowe's to return it. NOTHING was unpacked from the box. It could have been sold 30 seconds later at full price. No wonder this place has less than 4 stars. I will make sure to go to good old orange from now on, it's worth the extra 5 minutes it takes me to get there instead of this Lowe's. If an item comes into a retailer for return, and it's in "resellable" condition for full price (not used, nothing missing, packaging is intact, etc...) then there's no GOOD reason they can't &/or shouldn't take it back.

    Really poor customer service experience at Lowe's. Lowe's app showing price of a tool at $99, store management unwilling to offer that price. Not able to order online because Lowe's app shows the product isn't in stock but it clearly is. Management should honor their own prices but they sent me away instead. Either fix your inventory so I can order pickup or match the price. Very unprofessional. I worked with Mr. Showalter See the deal posted below says it's available until Jan 31st. I buy lots of product at Lowe's and I've never been told sorry take a hike about honor their own price, very poor way to treat a good customer.
