This location wasted my time. I had placed an order for pickup and I was given a notification that it was ready the night before I arrived. I went the next day in the early afternoon and it was not ready for pickup. I ended up having my time being wasted as I had already paid for my items so I couldn't go get it myself and buy it again from the store and I had to wait for an employee to pick the items up from the store after doing their other business. What should've been a few minutes ended up being a half hour wasted.

I waited over an hour just to get assistance with blinds, which was really frustrating. I could see that some employees made an effort to call for help, and I appreciate that, but unfortunately, no one ever came. It felt like I was just left hanging without any updates or support. I understand stores get busy, but better follow-through or communication would have made a big difference. Hopefully this is something that can be improved for future customers.
