However, this month my rate for a 5x10 unit increased from $105 to $196 without notice. They want to almost double my rate for a small unit I can get elsewhere in town for less than $70, and despite the kind staff and nice grounds, I don't feel like a unit that small is worth almost $200 a month and I would not recommend this facility.
