    Both the staff and district manager at this location were unhelpful. I ordered an expensive pool cleaning robot for same day delivery after seeing that option available on the Leslie's Pool website. I selected Davis, and what could have been the start of a great relationship with a local business quickly became a disappointment due to their disinterest in helping resolve a Leslie's end error where they uber same day delivered the product to the wrong address. The product was immediately charged and then delivered to a stranger’s house miles away apparently due to an error in what they stated was a brand new system. Ok, let’s just fix it… nope. The staff and the district manager made it very apparent they could not be bothered with me, and tried to pass the buck for the Leslie's error telling me to call Uber, who of course insisted it was a Leslie's error. Uber thankfully told me to call Leslie's Corporate. Leslie's Corporate, although they could not solve the issue that day, confirmed I entered my correct delivery address. Even sending me to Leslie's corporate and a general knowledge of what was going on and some empathy from the local staff could have begun to resolved the issue that morning instead of over multiple days. I want to work with businesses that go out of their way to help customers, especially when the error is due to their brand. Overall, this took many hours spread over several days to resolve with a refund. A small personal apology was given by an individual at corporate the second time, and the first individual at corporate was friendly, but $20 in bonus points and some discounted chemicals in the cart is not the apology or reaction I expect when they took well over a thousand dollars, never game me the product, and then made me chase a refund over multiple days through multiple foreign call centers. It appears that a refund is being issued for the non delivered product. I have a refund invoice in hand and a verbal acknowledgment they made a mistake… but still nothing refunded on the credit card. Hopefully they will track down the error so that you too are not put through this multi hour ordeal or trying to get a refund for a product they never delivered.

    Part 2 continued from Vacaville Leslie pool supply store. As I explained about being treated so rudely from the Vacaville Leslie store, after leaving Vacaville on Helen Power drive, my wife called the Davis store and explained about the situation we had with purchasing the pool vacuum and it not working properly. We arrived 20 minutes later, spoke with Zabrina, who greeted us with amazing customer service, we explained we bought the $1600 robitic pool vacuum a few hours prior, and how rudely we were treated by Michael at the Vacaville location. She offered to have the technician Robert, take a look at it TODAY and if its something easy, they would take care of it, and call us back. Robert was at lunch, and would look when he came back. We left, and didnt make it home before we got a call that the machine was fixed. We turned around, went back again was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere. Robert explained that a wheel cog/gear, was missing a screw from the factory, and that caused the problem with the function of the machine. THIS, THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only did Zabrina, and Robert understand our situation, they took Empathy on our situation, they fixed it with kindness, and understanding as well. Also, Ruby, the pool technician was there and spoke to us about our pool, as we talked for several minutes we found out Leslie Pools now offers a pool service where they service neighborhooding towns. Guess what, the Davis location is now where I will spend my money, AND went from never stepping in their store again, to now we are going to upgrade to the Leslie pool service, to service our pool. Talk about a turn of events. Huge kiddos to Zabrina, Robert, and Ruby. These are the real MVP's and should be recognized. They got my business from here out!

    I wanted to share my recent experience at your Davis location on W. Covell Blvd. As a new owner of an endless pool, I've quickly discovered that pool maintenance comes with a steep and unforgiving learning curve. When I was told to bring in a water sample for testing, I assumed it would be straightforward. I was mistaken. Within minutes, my eyes glazed over as terms and phrases reminded me I should have paid closer attention in chemistry class. That's when I met Zabrina. She tested my sample, explained everything with patience and clarity, and genuinely made sense of it all. I left that day feeling like there was hope after all. On my second visit, I had the pleasure of meeting your manager, Robert—whom I've come to call The Pool Guru. He has been nothing short of a miracle worker. Pool maintenance is a constant and ever-evolving process, and Robert's guidance has made all the difference. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the service and professionalism we've received. Your team has turned what felt overwhelming into something manageable. As a proud member of Gen X, I'll close with this: If you have a pool problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can call on the A-Team at Leslie's Pool Supplies.     Awsome experience!!! The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and so damn cute. My dad's pool was green like Putah Creek. They gave me a bottle for a sample of the swamp water to bring back and run the full spectrum of pool chemicals and alkalinity they do that for free. And did their best to save me money.

    i would give no stars if i could... Leslie's is not informed about water chemistry at all... i work in the pool industry and they tried to tell me to stop using liquid chlorine and use only granular and tablets... when you do that you get a very high Cyanuric acid level.. which will lead to draining your pool.. they sell to make a profit...they don't sell you what you need...
